Dear members of the Anstee family, colleagues and friends I am so sorry to learn that Dave has passed away. The news came as a shock, but hopefully his passing was peaceful and surrounded by love. I had the pleasure and honour to work as Daves secretary for just under 20 years at IBGRL/BITS. Dave was a true gentleman, focussed, steady, cool and calm, mixed with a good dry sense of humour. We worked hard, but always enjoyed ourselves when an opportunity arose. I have many happy memories of those days. Dave and you will be in my thoughts on 10 November and I will raise a toast in his memory and to your future. Very best wishes Sherrie Ayles
