Having worked with Dave for over 40 years I remember the sparkling intellect and humour of a warm spirit. My career and that of many hundreds of graduates and PhD's that Dave guided through their careers, was just part of his lasting legacy to the Blood Service.His science was second to none and his thoughts captivated all those around him. I will always remember him as part of the Bob Dylan era with his casual appearance.. 'as the Times are Achanging'..God Bless
